City centre redevelopment attracting strong interest
A HAMPSHIRE estate agent has been named “top deal maker” at a commercial property awards ceremony in Southampton.
Andy Gibbs was the winner of this year’s Individual Deal Maker gong when industry magazine Estates Gazette held the gala in Ocean Village.
Andy, who jointly heads up the Solent business space team at Vail Williams, deals with office and industrial property disposals and acquisitions along the M27 corridor.
