A PLASTIC storage business in Hampshire has won a regional award.

Solent Plastics has been named small business of the year at the Test Valley Business Awards.

It comes after the family company moved to a bigger office in Romsey last year and directors and sales staff were thrilled to receive the award.

Co-director, Chris Butcher said: “After 40 years each in business, my co-director David Butcher and I were thrilled that our family company received this recognition from the local business community.

“This has been a wonderful complement to our recent rapid growth that has accelerated since moving to larger premises in Romsey.”
