A COMMERCIAL property consultant in Southampton has recruited a new specialist to its team.

Louise Cutts is bringing more than 20 years of planning expertise to her new role at Vail Williams.

Company bosses, based in their Ocean Village offices, are excited to welcome Louise to their team as she has years of experience in the public sector.

She has worked for 10 years as principal planner in the major applications team at Eastleigh Borough Council but decided to move to the private sector as a senior planner at Vail Williams last year.

Now, she has been promoted and bosses hope she will bring a bank of knowledge to help advise clients on land and property issues.

Louise said: “I’ve always adopted a creative, win-win attitude to professional challenges, and that’s the approach I’m going to maintain and develop to get the best results for my new clients.

“We’ve formed a very talented team here in Southampton with skills in a wide variety of commercial property disciplines.

“Vail Williams has a strong reputation for its expertise, so I’m very proud to be on board.”
