ADMINISTRATORS appointed to part of a Southampton yacht builder which hit the rocks are looking for offers for the intellectual property of the firm.
KPMG's Neil Gostelow and Mark Orton, join administrators of Oyster Marine Limited, are marketing the following assets for sale:
• The brand name and trademark;
• The technical designs and drawings and associated IT hardware;
• The build manuals;
• The hull and other production mouldings;
• Shares in subsidiary companies; and
• The plant and machinery.
The Joint Administrators are calling for initial offers by Friday. Interested parties should contact: Andrew Stone (andrew.stone@kpmg.co.uk) or Will Lewis (william.lewis@kpmg.co.uk).
Neil Gostelow comments: “There is a lot of interest in the market and we would encourage any more interested parties to make contact as soon as possible. We are working with a large number of parties to progress their offers.”
