Bikes going under the hammer again
THE LAST Monday of the month means Southampton Motorcycle Auction.
Following the success of the first of these dedicated auctions for two, three and even four-wheeled motorcycles, a larger selection of machines will be going under the hammer.
Not literally of course, I'm using the term as if I was a seasoned auction-goer.
More than 50 machines are expected, ranging from scooters to top sports machines.
The sale starts at 6pm, next Monday, inside the Southampton Motor Auction rooms in Millbank Street.
Do your homework before going, don't bid more you can afford and do keep your eyes open for a bargain.
