THE identity of the man whose body was discovered by a toddler near a railway bridge has been released.
A post-mortem showed that 43-year-old Stuart Hatchet died of natural causes.
It is believed he lived locally to the area where his body was found, in an alleyway off Beaulieu Road in Boyatt Wood, Eastleigh, shortly before 1pm on Sunday.
The footbridge over the railway links Boyatt Wood with Archers Road and Eastleigh town centre.
The discovery was made by a three-year-old girl, who had been playing on the nearby footpath with three girls aged between eight and 11.
