HOMEOWNERS in Rossendale have been warned to be vigilant after two burglaries in the New Year period.
A gold Acer laptop was stolen from a flat in Goodshaw between 4.30pm on December 31 and 7.15am on January 1 2013.
No-one was in when the offenders forced their way through the front door of the property in Ulswater Close.
Two flat screen televisions were taken in a seperate burglary in Bacup between 5pm and 6.30pm on December 28.
Toshiba and Panasonic equipment was stolen, along with three ornamental plates, from the house in Fairview Crescent.
