THERE were also improved results at The Romsey School.
The proportion of pupils getting five or more top grades including the core subjects rose to 65.5 per cent, up from 57 per cent last year, while slightly more youngsters – 78.5 per cent compared to 78 per cent last year – achieved at least five strong passes.
Head teacher Gareth Bell said: “We are really pleased with these results. They are definitely up on last year.”
