THEY are officially the best students in the school’s history.

Teenagers at the Hampshire Collegiate School have been celebrating after their recordbreaking results earned them the prestigious tag.

Students achieved a stunning 30 per cent of A* or A grades, with half of the group receiving offers from universities ranked within the top 20 in the UK.

The overall pass rate also came in at an impressive 96 per cent.

Rosemary Hill and Stella Glasmacher were among the school’s highest achievers, after both gaining two A*s and two As.

Principal at the school, Hector MacDonald, said: “Our students have outperformed once again, and we are all immensely proud of their efforts. The school spirit on show animates each and every one of them, as well as their hardworking dedicated teachers.”
