This 8 week Mindfulness course is for those wishing to understand the principles of mindful living. Discover how to incorporate it into your daily life, improve concentration and focus and how to manage pain, stress and/or anxiety, or improve relationships.
Covering topics such as the principles of meditation, mind/body connections, breathing exercises and understanding stress, you (as part of a small group) will be encouraged to incorporate mindfulness techniques into your daily life, commit to daily practice and keeping a journal of your personal journey. Note: this course is for personal use only it is NOT an accredited training course.
