First Titanic artefact arrives
ONE of the first artefacts to arrive at Southampton’s new £15m Titanic themed SeaCity Museum will be unveiled today – an enormous scale replica of RMS Queen Mary.
The seven-metre long model, carved from one log of white mahogany and weighing over one tonne, has been relocated from the city’s former Maritime Museum in the Wool House.
