Building on the growing success of the lettings department in Winchester, Fox & Sons has recruited new negotiator, Holly Peaty. The department has increased its market share over the last year and Holly has been brought on board to add a strong element of organisation to the office.
Sam McCathie, lettings manager is delighted with the new addition to the team, saying: “Holly is proactive and assertive and is already assisting us with the fast paced demand of the local rental market.”
Many landlords have been so impressed with the service from the Fox & Sons team that they have put pen to paper with testimonials using phrases such as: ‘The staff are very knowledgeable and professional, they provide an excellent letting service and quickly found me the perfect tenant.’ And: ‘They have been extremely quick to find me a suitable tenant for my property – so swift that I have had no loss of rental income between tenants.’
Sam says that their attention to marketing has been a strong element of their success. “Professional photography and premium online marketing are offered as standard, he says, concluding: “If you are thinking of letting or know someone that may be, make us your first call.”
