After a summer of sporting activities, Jubilee celebrations, combined with mixed weather, Morris Dibben is preparing for a busy autumn ahead as it launches its annual Open House Weekend in September. With an influx of autumn buyers keen to move before Christmas it is one of the best times to sell your house or find your dream property. This year’s Open House Weekend will be held on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th September, and is the largest in the UK. Last year’s event attracted nearly 64,000 viewings and resulted in almost 3,000 sales.
