After a summer of sporting activities, Jubilee celebrations, combined with mixed weather, Morris Dibben is preparing for a busy autumn ahead as it launches its annual Open House Weekend in September. With an influx of autumn buyers keen to move before Christmas it is one of the best times to sell your house or find your dream property. With the added incentive of an Open House Weekend, the prospect for homeowners to sell their properties couldn’t be better.
This year’s Open House Weekend will be held on Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th September, and is the largest in the UK. Last year’s event attracted nearly 64,000 viewings and resulted in almost 3,000 sales. It presents homeowners who are keen to sell with the ideal opportunity to promote their properties and attract lots of viewings from interested buyers over the space of just two days. Launching the September Open House Weekend, Albert Zarb-Cousin, Regional Manager commented: "Previous Open House events have been very successful for us, with many sales agreed within the two days, which is an excellent result for both the seller and buyer.
