Elena Baskerville is delighted to be taking over from Nick van Klaveren as the Lettings Manager at the Winchester branch of Hamptons International. Elena brings with her a wealth of experience from the prime central London lettings market and is thrilled to be returning to her Hampshire roots. 

Born in Winchester, and having grown up in its neighbouring villages, Elena loves the beautiful Cathedral city and everything it has to offer. Having studied Fine Art at University, Winchester is particularly appealing to Elena as it plays host to a wealth of high quality exhibitions and boasts one of the best Christmas Markets in Europe.  With its rich history, inspiring architecture and buoyant property market, for Elena Winchester is the ideal place to start an exciting new career with Hamptons International.
