Winkworth is excited to announce a new business venture with the launch of its Corporate Services department. Based in the company’s office in Mayfair, this is the first time in the company’s history there will be a centralised service for relocation agents and corporate customers looking for properties across Winkworth’s extensive network, which is currently over 90 offices strong both in the UK and overseas.

The department is headed by Matthew Paramor, who has extensive experience both in estate agency and more specifically corporate services. He joins Winkworth after four years working as a relocation agent, giving him unrivalled first-hand experience and contacts in this field, making him excellently placed to navigate the complex searches in order to ensure a smooth process for everyone involved.

As Matthew explains: “Working as a relocation agent enabled me to gain real insight into clients’ needs and what they require from an estate agency in order to do their job as efficiently as possible. From searches to negotiation, I’ll be able to manage the process from start to finish, ensuring that the agent and our offices are provided with everything they need in a timely manner to provide quick and easy solutions.”

He continues: “I’m very excited to be joining the Winkworth team and to be starting this new department. It seems to be a natural progression for a company with such a fantastic network and wide coverage across the country, including more offices in London than any other agency, as we should be able to find the perfect property for our clients and help to eliminate any gaps they currently have in their search areas.”

The department officially launched at an exclusive event in Tower Bridge, which was a great success, with over 60 relocation and corporate clients in attendance. With Winkworth branded taxis chauffeuring to the event, fantastic food, networking and stunning views across the capital, it was a great night for all invited.
