Winchester Estate Agents achieve property qualification of excellence

John Leeson MARLA MNAEA and Alex Lambourne MARLA MNAEA, Directors of Belgarum Estate Agents in Winchester have achieved the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFoPP) QCF Level 3 Technical award in The Sale if Residential Property.

The technical award, which is a nationally recognised industry qualification, meets the National Association of Estate Agents’ (NAEA) membership requirements. NAEA is the UK’s foremost professional body for estate agents. It aims to promote better regulation and higher practice standards in the UK private rented sector.
