LEARN more about the night sky and the amazing planets in our solar system with an evening of stargazing tomorrow at the Museum of Army Flying at Middle Wallop from 7pm.
Alan Dowdell, former chairman of the Andover Astronomical Society and a well-known speaker on astronomical topics and a member of the BAA council will be giving a talk on ‘Observing the Planets’.
Then expert astronomer Paul Curtis will give stargazers the chance to learn the best tricks and answering any questions.
If the skies are clear there will be a wonderful opportunity to observe Jupiter which will be high in the sky and a half moon..
