It’s ruff being a dead dog – but you can always come back as a zombie!
Petrified pooch Harry joined the ranks of the undead as they stalked Keighley streets for a new student film.
The movie, #eatbrains, has been created by young people on a project organised by Keighley arts group Smallworld. They recruited around 20 local people to play zombies during a weekend outdoor shoot.
Danny Hardaker, who led the project, said that so many people volunteered to be zombies that the script was expanded to involve them all.
He said: “The young people did an amazing job in every aspect of production from script-writing, acting, set design and costume through to sound engineering and lighting.”
“Smallworld is such a positive place offering so much to young people who are often offered very little elsewhere.”
The zombies also took part in a Gangnam-style dance which will be released online soon.
The young people are currently editing the film ready for a screening at Smallworld’s Russell Street premises.
