Cream Tease recreate iconic Pink Floyd image
WITH Isle of Wight Festival just days away, Islanders have been getting cheeky in a bid to give the event a final promotional push.
Promoter John Giddings asked members of local burlesque group Cream Tease to recreate the iconic 1997 Pink Floyd promo poster where six women had the band’s album cover painted onto their bare backs.
The ladies were painted with images from past Isle of Wight Festival posters – and have even had their image plastered onto the back of an Island bus.
Campers-only entertainment gets under way tomorrow, with the festival proper starting on Friday at Seaclose Park near Newport.
