The Weeks to headline The Joiners
THEY are the southern rockers hailing from Jackson, Mississippi, and will soon make their way to Southampton.
Known for their grunge-powered and highoctane anthems rich with a bottomless Delta soul, the band came together in 2006 and is now releasing the four-track EP, Buttons.
Originally released in the US at the end of the summer, the EP celebrated the band’s seventh anniversary and followed the LP Dear Bo Jackson.
The fivesome, Cyle Barnes, vocals; Sam Williams, guitar; Damien Bone, bass; Cain Barnes, drums; Alex Admiral Collier, keyboards, will play The Joiners in Southampton on January 17.
Buttons is set for UK release on January 26.
