A BAND rooted deep in English folk dance tradition is set for the stage in Andover.
Radio 2 Folk Award nominees The Faustus bring their brand of the genre to The Lights on Saturday March 28.
They came together in 2006 as an evolution of the award-winning band Dr Faustus, releasing their debut album in 2008 which saw them nominated as the Best Group in 2009.
They received a 75th anniversary award from the English Folk Dance and Song Society in 2007.
In 2013 the trio: Saul Rose, Benji Kirkpatrick and Paul Sartin, released Broken Down Gentlemen following a two year break.
Faustus plays The Lights in Andover at 7.45pm on March 28.
