COURTEENERS frontman Liam Fray has announced a south coast acoustic show this autumn.
After playing to 50,000 fans at Old Trafford cricket ground in May, the Manchester indie star is scaling things down for a 13-date tour at intimate venues, including the 400 capacity Wedgewood Rooms in Portsmouth on Tuesday October 24.
Fans are promised classic Courteeners singles and less often heard album tracks from St Jude, Falcon, Anna and recent hits Concrete Love and Mapping the Rendezvous.
Liam’s acoustic interlude was a memorable part of the Courteeners’ sold out show at Southampton’s 02 Guildhall last November.
Tickets go on sale on Friday. See wedgewood-rooms.co.uk for details.
