SOUTHAMPTON'S own Wild Front return to their favourite venue The Joiners tonight with a residency until the end of the year.

It follows a busy summer of festivals from the four piece, which included their first appearance at Glastonbury and Isle of Wight Festival's Big Top.

With their clever pop-rock tunes with choppy guitars and three-part vocals frontman Jack Williams, lead guitarist Joe Connell, bassist Mike Flowers and drummer Josh Betteridge are going places.

It came as no surprise when the band formed as the four boys had been working together musically for years. The debut EP Physics is now available and has received support from Radio 1, BBC Introducing and Spotify.

It's just two years since the hotly-tipped band played their first gig together at The Joiners.

Members of the band will also play their dreamy indie-pop, funky guitar and heavier beats at this year’s Bestival.
