LOWER Than Atlantis have announced a massive 22 date tour across the UK, visiting every possible corner and heading to towns they have never performed in previously, including a date at the Engine Rooms, Southampton on Thursday April 12.

The tour follows their huge Top 10 album, Safe in Sound alongside headlining Brixton Academy and playing a gigantic arena tour with Enter Shikari.

The band formed in 2007 in Watford, Hertfordshire and currently consists of lead vocalist/rhythm guitarist Mike Duce, bassist Declan Hart, drummer Eddy Thrower and lead guitarist Ben Sansom. They released their debut EP Bretton in 2008 and their first full-length album Far Q was released in 2010.

Lead singer Mike Duce says: "It’s been nearly four years since we did a full regional run in the UK and we can’t wait to get to some towns that we haven’t even been to before. We’ve got an amazing package being announced a little later, plus a homecoming show in Watford, which will be massive. Grab your mates and get your tickets quickly because these rooms aren’t the biggest."

The band have also announced that support for the full tour will come from Blackpool's Boston Manor, and The Faim from Perth, Australia. Tickets are £16.50 and available now from: www.lowerthanatlantis.seetickets.com/tour/lower-than-atlantis.
