AN AMERICAN blues-rock quartet which was bailed out by fans is supporting a rock duo at a Southampton venue next week.
New Jersey band Trophy Scars are performing at The Joiners on Tuesday.
They will be hitting the stage before Josh Scogin and Michael McClellan’s acclaimed new duo project ’68 thrash out their album In Humor and Sadness.
Trophy Scars were due to head to the UK and support a British band before the headliner split up leaving them in debt from lost air fares.
After their loyal followers stumped together they were able to tour for their third album Bad Luck.
Both bands will be performing at the St Mary Street venue from 7.30pm.
