POPULAR British violinist Tasmin Little will join the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra (BSO) to play Mendelssohn’s much-loved Violin Concerto in Portsmouth next Thursday.
Conducting the BSO will be the Italian maestro, Daniele Rustioni, who was named Best Newcomer of the Year at the 2013 International Opera Awards.
Excited to be performing with the BSO, Tasmin said: “It is always a highlight of my season when I come to play with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra.
"I have such a long association with the orchestra that it genuinely feels like I am returning to see good friends.
"The players are superb and there is always a great sense of commitment and excitement in music-making with them.”
