CILLA BLACK, the 60s pop star and former TV presenter has been found dead.

The 72-year-old was found at her home in Estepona on Spain's Costa del Sol.

Whilst a post mortem has yet to take place, a police spokesperson said they believed the death to be from natural causes.

She travelled to Spain last week with one of her sons.

Born Priscilla White in Liverpool, she enjoyed two number one hits in 1964, as well as a string of top ten hits throughout the decade.

She partied with the likes of The Beatles and even had an attempt at making it big in America, with appearances on the legendary Ed Sullivan show.

However, she is probably best known for her later work as a TV presenter, most notably Surprise Surprise and Blind Date, both on ITV.

Cilla was also the first woman to have a primetime chat show on BBC One.
