A HAMPSHIRE festival has confirmed the first wave of acts on its line-up.
Dials is a brand new event taking place across five venues in Southsea, Portsmouth, on October 3.
Headlining will be Liverpool-based indie rockers Hooton Tennis Club while there will also be performances by Brighton internet sensations Black Honey and goth/soul singer Chloe Black.
Festival director Abbie Eales said: “We aim to nurture and promote the cultural life of Portsmouth by presenting a range of exciting and musical acts, across all genres, to lead to greater musical awareness, education, and the continuance of the growth of the cultural life of the city.”
The line-up also includes a host of local bands including aggressive blitz-pop trio Curxes, acoustic pop singer Jerry Williams, new wave rap group Mok and guitar noisesmiths Rickyfitts.
