ROB Da Bank is reaching the end of one seriously manic summer.

He and wife Josie have had a baby, a fourth son, moved house and hosted three fabulous festivals, including the second Common People on Southampton Common.

But they're still raring to go for their flagship festival, Bestival, this weekend.

The youngest raver in town six week old Elijah, known as Eli, will be there having already attended Camp Bestival at just a few days old, alongside big brothers Arlo, Merlin and Miller.

And Mum and Dad, the Radio 1 DJ who hails from Warsash, will be busy ensuring tens of thousands of revellers enjoy every second of their party on the Island.

Rob told the Daily Echo his top tips for a top weekend: "The new Spaceport has been a big project so it's great to get that up and running. That will be a big old party!

"We've got the world's biggest bouncy castle this year, the inflatable church is back and in the Slow Motion area you can do yoga or meditation or take a llama for a walk!

"In terms of the music, I'm obviously really excited The Cure are coming back five years after they first came. They were one of my favourite bands growing up. There are some new younger acts like MC Lazer and Skepta who will have a huge following.

"There's some great dance stuff too. I'll be doing Purple Rave, the tribute to Prince, and a drum n bass set and probably popping up here and there as well.

"There are so many amazing magical things to do there, it's non stop."

A bit like Robby's life it seems.

"We're hanging on for dear life and looking forward to October! But then we'll be talking to different groups and people across all next year's festivals."

Watch out Bestival and watch out Common People 2017!
