MUSICAL master of ceremonies Jools Holland and his much loved Rhythm & Blues Orchestra return to the Bournemouth International Centre tonight with their 2016 Autumn/Winter UK tour.

Renowned as one of the UK’s most popular tours, now in its 21st year, these shows are not to be missed and will this year feature special guests The Selecter’s Pauline Black and Arthur ‘Gaps’ Hendrickson.

Pauline Black and Arthur ‘Gaps’ Hendrickson, from Coventry based two-tone band and ska pioneers The Selecter, will be joining Jools for the tour. The Selecter released their debut album Too Much Pressure in 1980 and it still remains a milestone in British music history.

The shows once again feature the astounding vocals of Ruby Turner and Louise Marshall along with a new addition, the rich soulful tones of Beth Rowley. Beth is known for her love of Blues and Gospel and her top ten debut album Little Dreamer which was nominated for a BRIT Award, she is currently working on her second album.

Together with the inimitable musicianship of the Rhythm & Blues Orchestra which features the drums of original Squeeze member Gilson Lavis, Jools Holland will be performing tracks spanning his entire solo career as well as songs taken from his latest album Jools & Ruby, released in December 2015. With a catalogue that reaches through decades, a night with Jools Holland will bring you the greatest boogie-woogie party in town!
