A MUCH-loved British Girl band, the pop singer daughter of a rock ‘n roll idol and a founder member of The Supremes are among the latest glittering names unveiled by a Hampshire club.

All three appearances, in June, are part a blockbusting programme which will help mark the 60th anniversary of Eastleigh’s Concorde Club.

Throughout the noughties, Atomic Kitten flew the flag as the biggest girl group and were one of Britain’s most successful exports, selling millions of records.

Founder member Kerry Katona is back with fellow original Kittens, Liz McClarnon and Natasha Hamilton for their Concorde debut on June 2.

Over recent years Kerry’s colourful life off stage has been well documented. Winner of TV’s I’m a Celebrity .....Get Me Out of Here, in November 2012 she confirmed she had rejoined Atomic Kitten.

Formed in Liverpool, the group had four top ten singles and sold 10 million records worldwide.

In another major coup for the Stoneham Lane club Mary Wilson, founder member of the world’s most famous female trio, The Supremes, will be taking centre stage on June 22.

The iconic group recorded 12 number one hits from 1964 to 1969 and in 1988 were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

Mary is a best selling author, motivational speaker, businesswoman and former US Cultural Ambassador.

On June 8, The Concorde will be rocking to the sounds of Kim Wilde, daughter of legendary 1950’s rock ‘n roll singer Marty Wilde.

In 1981 her first single release, Kids in America, was a worldwide hit paving the way for a career which has yielded 12 studio albums and more than 30 singles with multi million sales.

Kim took a sabbatical from the music industry, prompted by marriage and motherhood.

A change in direction sowed the seeds for a new career. Her passion for horticulture blossomed leading to two books and a gold medal at the Chelsea Flower Show.

But Kim was soon back to her musical roots with more smash hits and festival appearances across Europe.
