POP favourites S Club have joined the Jack Up The 80s party,

Original members Jo, Bradley and Tina will be performing all their hits, including the Number 1’s Bring It All Back, Never Had A Dream Come True, Don’t Stop Movin’ and Have You Ever, as well as Reach and S Club Party at the retro festival on on August 12 and 13.

Known for their feel-good music and party vibes, S Club have recorded over 10 million album sales and won 2 BRIT Awards and will now take to the stage at the festival’s new home at Smallbrook Stadium in Ryde in their first ever visit to the Isle of Wight.

They will join Aussie heart-throb Jason Donovan who headlines the Saturday night. The actor turned pop sensation is best known for his 1989 hit Too Many Broken Hearts.

Soul sensation Alexander O’Neal tops the Sunday night bill. Expect Criticise and Fake from the American rhythm and blues singer songwriter.

One of the most talented singer songwriters of his generation, Nik Kershaw is on the line up.

Also set to play are Cheryl, Mike and Jay from 1981 Eurovision winners Bucks Fizz with their skirt-ripping showstopper Making Your Mind Up and Right Said Fred and their string of recognisable hits including Don’t Talk Just Kiss, Deeply Dippy and I’m Too Sexy..

Original Jam bass guitarist Bruce Foxton and From The Jam will once again delight crowds by performing Jam hit after Jam hit including Beat Surrender, The Eton Rifles and Going Underground.

The Real Thing are also set to play with more names still to be announced.

Jack Up The 80s is a two-day retro pop festival in its fifth year and provides a family weekend of musical entertainment from household chart names, food, attractions, kids arts and crafts and stalls.

New for 2017 is a Friday Night Opening Party hosted by Wave 105’s Steve Power and Number One Abba tribute band Abba Chique.
