SOUTHAMPTON recording studio River Studios has been shortlisted for a top industry award.
The team from the venue, in Winsor Road, Totton, will find out if they have scooped the UK Studio of the Year prize at the Pro Sound Awards, which are set to take place in London on September 28.
Now in its fifth year, the studio has recorded with top artists including Hampshire’s chart-topping songstress Birdy, pictured, as well as Eliza Doolittle, Karen Harding and Becky Hill. They even welcomed Saints players recording a recent charity single.
With four recording studios, it is able to accommodate all artists and bands of all genres..
