CLUB Madchester brings top tributes to two of Manchester’s most iconic bands to The Joiners this weekend.

The Total Stone Roses play a 90 minute set of all of the best Roses material including She Bangs The Drums, Fools Gold, Waterfall, I Wanna Be Adored and Love Spreads.

Expect Champagne Supernova, She’s Electric, Wonderwall, Roll With It, Don’t Look Back in Anger and more from Oasis.

Tickets are still available for the gig tomorrow night.

n COLIN Blunstone, pictured, takes a short break from his day job fronting the legendary Zombies to lead his solo band in a UK tour.

Following the success of his last solo album, The Ghost Of You And Me, Colin will be including selections from his soon to be released new album, On The Air.

The set will also include many of his solo hits including Say You Don’t Mind, I Don’t Believe In Miracles and What Becomes Of The Broken Hearted.

Backed by a superb fourpiece band, Colin is at The Brook on Sunday and will be journeying through a career that began in the mid 60s.

Colin’s band features guitarist Tom Toomey (The Zombies / Toomey- Swarbrick); keyboard player Pete Billington; drummer Pat Illingworth (Dave Stewart, Jeff Berlin, Hugh Masekela, etc ) and Chris Childs (Thunder, The Union, Russ Ballard) on bass.

The four piece from Essex have four studio albums under their belt and years of touring and playing festivals around the UK, Europe and the world.

New album The Pride, released this month, will be showcased at the gig.
