WHEN it comes to pacts with the weather gods, the organisers of Blissfields are clearly better negotiators than their Isle of Wight counterparts.

While the IoW crowd scraped off the last remnants of mud from their wellies, sunnies and shorts were standard issue at Blissfields.

A line-up filled with festival favourites and exciting new acts – including Charlotte Church, The Noisettes, folk singer Lucy Rose and Charli XCX – complemented the picturesque, sundrenched surroundings perfectly.

The school house theme was embraced by many of the crowd, with a full sports day providing competitive collegiate fun away from the music.
