IN June the Plaza Theatre in Romsey will be performing Shakespeare’s lightest and most sparkling of comedies Much Ado About Nothing on its main stage and budding thespians are invited to get involved.
Newcomers are welcome to attend open auditions to enable the theatre to cast the play and are encouraged to turn up at a workshop on February 10 at 7.30pm via the stage door at the rear of the theatre.
Auditions are being held during the following week, on February 17 and 19 at the Plaza.
As with the successful Plaza Theatre’s production of Taming of the Shrew in 2013, the society is looking for anyone who would like to take part, regardless of gender, age and experience.
