THE legendary 80s electronic duo Pet Shop Boys are to perform on the South coast.

Just as they get ready to perform four sold-out shows this week at the Royal Opera House in London, they have announced they will return to the UK with their Super Tour early next year.

They will hit cities across the UK in February 2017 including a date at Bournemouth International Centre on Sunday February 26.

The Super Tour will see Pet Shop Boys perform songs from their acclaimed new album ‘Super’, as well as classic PSB hits and album tracks from over the past 30 years. The production is based on the Royal Opera House shows staged by designer Es Devlin and choreographer Lynne Page.

Pet Shop Boys - Neil Tennant (main vocals, keyboards, occasional guitar) and Chris Lowe (keyboards, vocals), have won three Brit Awards and their singles include West End Girls, their first No 1 in 1985, Opportunities (Let's Make Lots of Money), It's a Sin, Always on my Mind and Miracles.

Tickets go on general sale this Friday, July 22 at 10am via seetickets.com and ticketmaster.co.uk.
