A selection of the stunning work from the final-year degree shows from the creative courses at Southampton Solent is now being exhibited at the University’s Showcase Gallery until 20 August.
Live Out Loud is a celebration of the innovative, creative and artistic talent that graduated from Solent this summer. Alongside work from fine art, graphic design, photography, illustration and fashion students, the exhibition will also feature work from the product design and interior design & decoration courses.
More than 30 graduates will be showcased in this exciting exhibition of emerging talent that includes large scale paintings, 3D photographs and fashion portraits.
“Live Out Loud features new artists and designers exploring a huge range of ideas - from Polish immigration to animal rights, to cancer and an exploration of colour theory. It's a great way to see how exciting art and design can be,” says Kate Maple, Showcase Gallery curator.
