THEATRE Royal Winchester’s Chief Executive has appealed for his audience’s help in finding the best shows at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
Every year Mark Courtice goes up to the Scottish capital looking for shows to bring to Winchester but it is impossible for him to see them all. This year he has asked Theatre Royal supporters to help by giving him their nominations.
“With over 3000 shows on offer at Edinburgh Fringe Festival, it’s easy to miss a gem,” explained Mark. “I am appealing to any of our Theatre Royal audience who are visiting the Festival to let me know about shows they have enjoyed.”
Mark plans to see as many recommended events as possible and book the best available show. He has held a slot at Theatre Royal Winchester on 2 November for his Pick Of The Fringe. Tickets will be £15.00 but, for those who enjoy a gamble, the price is only £10.00 before the show is announced.
