THE Point, Eastleigh has an exciting weekend launch coming up as their new evening entertainment series Sounds of Summer kicks off tonight with a gin and taco evening before Wellbeing Sundays begins on Sunday.

Sounds of Summer invites young professionals and local people to enjoy music from different DJ’s and try drinks from a handmade Pop-up Bar on The Point’s Outdoor Garden Stage on different Thursday’s this season.

The venue launches the series with an evening of bespoke gin provided by Marks & Spencer, Eastleigh and tasty, freshly-made tacos by Jog.on.tacos. The popular street food company will be cooking up a storm of Mexican food including delicious vegan options as you kick back and relax after work.

Wellbeing Sundays invites you to spend the morning doing relaxing yoga on the venue’s outdoor Garden Stage, enjoy a healthy lunch made by the Café Bar and get the energy levels rising with afternoon classes of salsa, dance fit and samba.

Every class is suitable for all levels, from beginners through to those with experience, and is led by professional teachers. The day runs 11am to 2pm and tickets are just £5 for adults and £3 for children, perfect for families and friends alike.

Wellbeing Sundays invites everyone to get into the spirit of summer at uplifting, sociable classes that are good for both the mind and body.
