IT’S Curtain Up tonight for the Oscars of the South.

Around 450 amateur theatre enthusiasts from across the region will gather at the De Vere Grand Harbour Hotel later for the Daily Echo’s sold out tenth annual Curtain Call awards.

The Seventies screen siren, star of several Carry On films, two Bond films, the cult hammer horror Blood From the Mummy’s Tomb and Hai Karate adverts, will present awards in each of the 37 categories.
