IT’S Curtain Up tonight for the Oscars of the South.
Around 450 amateur theatre enthusiasts from across the region will gather at the De Vere Grand Harbour Hotel later for the Daily Echo’s sold out tenth annual Curtain Call awards.
Special guest 70s screen siren Valerie Leon will join Daily Echo editor Ian Murray and entertainments editor Lorelei Reddin on stage at the black tie bash.
The Seventies screen siren, star of several Carry On films, two Bond films, the cult hammer horror Blood From the Mummy’s Tomb and Hai Karate adverts, will present awards in each of the 37 categories.
