AN impressive array of the city’s best musical offerings will be performed in Guildhall Square today during the first ever So: Fest.

The free event, starting at 4pm, aims to showcase the huge range of talent Southampton has to offer.

Topping the bill tomorrow night is Mark Hill, co-founder of the 90s R&B and garage act Artful Dodger, who famously gave Craig David a start with the number two track Rewind. He will be performing all of his hits as well as new material as Artful.

Joining Mark will be local heroes Burn the Fleet who always deliver a phenomenal live show.

Riding high following their European tour last year, Scarlet Soho are also among the acts, as are Road to Blissfields winner LST, electrifying indie rockers Soma High, songbird Charley Macaulay and Brit pop inspired lads Welcome Pariah.

So: Fest runs until 10.30pm.
