THE bad weather kept Hampshire police busy with a large number of reports of flooding and trees falling.

Hampshire Constabulary had 206 weather-related incidents reported overnight between Monday and Tuesday. The average is about 18, which was the previous night’s figures.

The A3057 at Chilbolton was closed this morning due to debris from trees falling on the road, but it re-opened shortly after 8am.
