SALISBURY Playhouse has announced its autumn/winter 2014/15 season and, for the first time since the record-breaking Way Upstream, the Main House auditorium will be transformed with seating on all sides, bringing audiences closer to the action.

This formation will be used for the first two Salisbury Playhouse productions, Alan Ayckbourn’s popular comedy Bedroom Farce, running from September 4 to October 4, and the Terence Rattigan classic, Separate Tables, playing from October 16 to November 8.

The acclaimed stage production of The Kite Runner, based on the best-selling novel and film, will visit Salisbury for just one week from November 17 to 22 as part of a major national tour.

Christmas sees panto favourite Kieran Buckeridge return for his third consecutive year; this time playing the title role in Mother Goose, from December 3 to January 10.

Special one night events include visits from Nicolas Parsons, Lord Paddy Ashdown, and Joanna David and Martin Jarvis will perform in Odyssey of Love.

Tickets for the whole season are on sale now.
