THE Vatican Museums is a new cinematic experience that will be coming to Southampton’s Odeon, Cineworld and Harbour Lights Picturehouse for one night only tomorrow.
The world’s most famous renaissance art will be brought to the big screen for the first time in history using Ultra Hi-Definition cameras for a unique and detailed insight (in 2D & 3D) into the incomparable works of Da Vinci, Raphael, Caravaggio, Giotto and more that decorate the Sistine Chapel and the museum.
The Vatican Museums takes the viewer on a remarkable journey of discovery through an immense art collection that has been built up by the Roman Catholic Church through the centuries.
For the first time ultra high definition cameras have been granted access to the museums of the Vatican City and the Sistine Chapel giving never before seen insights into spectacular works of art.
