A RELAXED performance of a much-loved Christmas story is on at the Chichester Festival Theatre next month.
Families, groups and individuals with special needs can look forward to the tail-wagging adventure of A Hundred and One Dalmatians on Friday, January 2 at 2pm.
Over 100 Youth Theatre members will fill the Festival Theatre stage with this new adaptation about the adorable canines Pongo and Missis Pongo.
Individuals, groups and families on the autism spectrum, and those with sensory and communication disorders, a learning disability, or anyone who would benefit from experiencing a more relaxed performance will be able to enjoy this delightful show.
Audience members can come and go from the auditorium during the performance, a lounge area will be available during the show and the auditorium lights will be adjusted for comfort.
A visual story summarising every aspect of the visit to the Festival Theatre will be sent out to ticket holders two weeks prior to the performance so that those attending know what to expect.
Tours are available for anyone wanting to familiarise themselves with the building before their visit.
