MUSICAL Theatre enthusiasts are in for a treat this week when Broadway Showtunes makes a welcome return to Bournemouth Pavilion Theatre.

Why choose just one show when you can see more than 10, packed into one stunning evening of entertainment?

There’s certain to be something for everyone when the talented students from the Big Little Theatre School perform excerpts from a wide range of shows.

Whether you know all the words or not, Showtunes always has the feelgood factor and the enthusiasm and energy of the cast is infectious.

More than 150 youngsters will be supported by an orchestra and, for some, it will be their last show with Big Little before they take up places at some of the country’s top drama and dance schools.

Former students who have gone on to work in the industry include Dan Partridge in Mamma Mia, Piers Bate in Singing in the Rain, Dylan Mason in Seven Brides for Seven Brothers, Ryan Gover in Cats and Guys and Dolls, Jack Donnelly in BBC’s Atlantis and Greg Austin in Mr Selfridge.

The performers may technically be amateurs, but the show is put together by a top-notch professional team, led by Colin Billing and Sam Taylor-Martin.

This is the 15th consecutive year Big Little has put on its spectacular show and tickets are still available from bic.co.uk or 0844 576 3000.
