THE Player's Theatre present their take on the old favourite Jack and the Beanstalk this weekend.
The show tells of Dame Trott's efforts to find the rent money. If she doesn't pay up soon her land will be taken over by Fred the Frakker and one thing she doesn't need is to have her earth moved by Fred.
In desperation she sends her gormless son Jack to sell Gertrude the cow but he swops her for a tin of magic baked beans, What will happen? Can she raise the cash? Can she avoid a good frakking?
