Debut Youth Theatre’s fun production featured nicely timed slapstick comedy and the use of splurge guns and custard pies.
It was heartwarming to see how much members of the cast were obviously enjoying themselves.
Anchored by an excellent Ross Howard as Bugsy, the production also boasted a luminiscent Lucy Baston as Blousey Brown, giving one of the best vocal performances in the role. Jack Slade was suitably showy as Fat Sam, whilst Ellen Sly brought the right amount of knowing to the role of Tallulah.
